Lilac, 4-5 year old spayed cat, sweet temperament, litter

Hi everyone. I have a cat named Lilac who is very spirited and sweet. I’d say she is likely 4 to 5 years old (got her as a stray a few years ago when she was about 1 or 2 yrs old, per the vet) - fyi she is spayed.
But she isn’t in a position to be in a home with other cats anymore. She has developed behavior issues (not using the litter box due to protesting the situation) bc we got another cat, but was fine beforehand. I wasn’t aware of her preference to be the only cat when we got another cat.
