Apple Haven organic grass-fed lamb tenderloin
My siblings are coming to the Upper Valley by way of our family’s farm in York Springs, PA, and they’re bringing along a selection of fresh, milk-fed, pasture-raised Apple Haven lamb for anyone who’d like to stock up. Lamb freezes wonderfully and keeps its flavor and tenderness, so this is a great time to pick up some for the coming months. The lamb will be available for local pickup in Lebanon (29 Slayton Hill Road) from late afternoon Thursday, October 8, through the weekend and following week.
