Antique Japanese tansu (chest)…made of Persimmon Wood, very unusual… in three parts which can be stacked or laid out horizontally. This is an authentic piece that sells in the $3,000 range but I am looking to part with it for much less… offers considered. It has a section of sliding doors and then three small drawers, then four full-sided drawers. Great storage piece with deep history.

58” tall x 37” wide x 17” deep when assembled stacked…each section is about 19” tall, with ancient black metal handles for carrying as it was used in the distant past, and can be used as 3 separate trunks… absolutely unique and very functional, a focal point in a modern home.
