2024 Trek Supercaliber Gen 2 XC race bike, size Medium
Selling Rowan’s 2024 Trek Supercaliber Gen 2 race bike, size Medium. This bike has been spectacularly maintained, both by Rowan and by Mike, who has kept it completely dialed throughout the season. It has an obscene amount of race life left in it and is genuinely an exceptionally fast XC race bike. It is fully serviced, set up, and ready to race today. A comparable new Supercaliber at this level retails for around $10,000. This build has a slightly different drivetrain but, importantly, upgraded Zipp carbon wheels.

Highlights include: Full SRAM Flight Attendant suspension system RockShox SID top-end fork Brand-new SRAM GX direct-mount 1x drivetrain Integrated power meter Zipp carbon wheels Carbon handlebars New grips Fully serviced suspension Brand-new Continental tires The entire GX drivetrain is brand new. If you ever wanted to upgrade anything down the road, moving to XO or XX would be the obvious place to spend money, but GX is already an extremely capable, race-ready direct-mount drivetrain. The bike has one notable cosmetic blemish on the top tube. Ironically, it happened within about five minutes of receiving the bike when the handlebar swung around and the right-side shifting paddle contacted the top tube. The area has since been smoothed, touched up with paint, and covered with protective tape. It is cosmetic and has never affected the bike structurally or mechanically. Otherwise, this bike has been extremely well cared for. It is a phenomenal race platform for NEYC, New England XC racing, the Vermont 50, marathon racing, or really anything with a cross-country focus. It climbs like a laser, is incredibly efficient under power, and is just an awesome bike to ride. We’d love to get it into the hands of another racer who is going to use it for what it was built for.
