Hi friends, Lamb is available to order now! I have ground lamb, stew meat, and Lucky Dog Farm Merguez available for pickup August 21–22. These are the cuts I love having in my own freezer—the ones that make it easy to put a really good dinner on the table without a lot of fuss. Ground lamb for burgers, meatballs, tacos, shepherd’s pie, pasta sauce… Stew meat for a pot of something cozy and delicious when the weather starts to turn.
