New, this tee is $100 +/- and worth every penny. I also have some 30-31 inch wood bats.

While most youth leagues do not use wood bats, the weight and balance of a wood bat is great for improving strength and grooving the swing path. Plus, it just sounds way nicer when you hit the ball.
