USB joystick mouse for ergonomic use

Extended Apple computer keyboard. Works fine -- I just don't need it anymore.

Joystick mouse. This connects via USB cable to the keyboard (or it could connect directly to a laptop or desktop) and works like a conventional mouse. It's shaped, however, like a classic computer gaming joystick so you use your thumb to click and your whole arm to move it. It was recommended to me a long time ago by an occupational therapist to relieve hand pain caused by repetitive stress injury.

It worked great for this purpose, but I'm no longer sitting at my keyboard all day long.
