Old cell phone with battery that holds a charge

Someone in the Upper Valley is looking for thislisted Sep 27

As posted goods-uv list · Sep 27 not edited, only trimmed of contact details

now that i have Fidium [at 10x the price, no choice] i just realized that I no longer could call 911 if the electricity goes out as it did for a while the other night. So i need a cell phone in case. Does anyone have an old one to give away? it doesnt need a service, just a battery that holds a charge, no, i dont have a cell /smart phone, there are still some hold outs, thanks
